I have had mine on since it arrived in the mail, it‚Äôs comfortable and sturdy. I have only taken it off to shower, although i could be too cautious, it seems like it would be fine in the shower too. “i am absolutely IN LOVE with this item!!! i wear it everyday and it is super stylish. I paired mine with the clean beaches anklet and they bother are very nice and color matching. The only thing i would say is that i do take it off before showering and before playing sports with taller socks. I wear it to sleep though and i have no issues.
