“I was very disappointed with my purchase of the sunflower anklet, which broke the first time I put it on. Pura Vida was very kind and immediately sent me a replacement. However, the replacement broke within a couple days of receiving it. I probably won't be ordering from Pura Vida anymore because I also have had two necklaces break all within a week or so of having them.”
