“The clasp fell off when attempting to put this on for the first time. The ring on the clasp was "fused" to the bracelet. The ring does not open to repair.”
“The first one I order had a broken clasp and they made me send them a video of the broken bracelet. They did send me a new one but the clasp on that one was very hard to open as well. I'm thin and it falls down over my ankles. It's cute but not that high of quality or adjustable.”
