I contacted CS more than once due to delayed delivery, and typical stock answers with ambiguous delivery details about my order were given to me. This surprised me since CS is generally more communicative and helpful. I didn't appreciate the tone and lack of commitment to finding/delivering the items. This was an extended delivery delay based on my other orders.”

Kind of frustrated I contacted support right after and asked for it to be canceled but because it shipped by the time they responded they did not do anything and I couldn't return it.”
