“While donating for Breast Cancer or any cancer is worth the purchase, the item needs to be sturdy enough to stay on so that it can be seen and represent!
When Mom was diagnosed with BC, I purchased 12 bracelets and then 6 more a month later. From the second batch, 3 broke: Knots untied and couldn't be re-knotted, and the other one several strands came loose.
I have purchased numerous bracelets and never had this happen. I've even bought 300 for our school store - never a problem.
I had bought some natural stone earrings before, that were missing stones upon arrival, and PV customer service was awesome.
So when these sentimental bracelets broke, I was hoping PV customer service would come through. They did not disappoint. Three new bracelets were sent and we were all very happy.
