“Was very dissapointed with shipping. We have never bought directly from Pura Vida, but have many of their wonderful bracelets and rings that have been bought from boutiques around town. The one time we order direct, our items didnt arrive. No tracking information nothing. When we reached out to customer service. They couldnt find any information on the whereabouts of my order. Stating they "think it my still be at the warehouse", their solution was reshipping them or giving me a $5 credit for future purchases. Which probably doesnt even cover shipping. Usually I wouldn't mind but, it was part of my niece's birthday present, I now have to go to the store to try to see if the boutique has something similar.”
