“I would love to rate, but after 12 days, I still have not received my order. I placed an order and paid for shipping on August 28 and as of Sept 9, my order still has not been received. I have checked on the status several times using the tracking information provided, however there have been no updates since Sept 2 and it still just says “En Route.”
I would not recommend this company due to its poor shipping practices, especially when customers are paying for shipping. This company seems to have outdated shipping practices when compared to virtually any other company. 7 days without a status update on a shipment is antiquated.”
