“I ordered 2 of the Earth Day bracelets for me and my boyfriend and when my package showed up it was the completely wrong bracelets. Customer service was very helpful and resent me the correct bracelets, but 3 days into wearing it the knot came out and it’s fraying and breaking. Every time I have ordered something has gone wrong. I like the bracelets but I am disappointed in the brand.”
