“The first one I ordered fell apart almost immediately. I sent an email with pictures and they responded the next business day saying a replacement had been sent! The replacement I got is in much better condition and I am happy with my purchase as well as my experience with customer service. :)”
“I have ordered these bracelets for years now! Just recently I have placed two orders and both times I have had issues with them never being shipped out four weeks! It wasn’t until I wrote to customer service did I get an answer as to why my shipment was not coming. My shipment had to be shipped with a different carrier both times and it was well over a month!! Unfortunately I will not be placing any orders in the near future.”
