“I absolutely love your bracelets. My problem was getting what I ordered. On my original order I ordered 3 bracelets for Parkinson‚Äôs Disease. When I received my order I only got 1. I called to advise of my missing bracelets twice and received no call back. After 2 emails, including a picture of my invoice I received an email back stating they would ship my missing bracelets to me at no charge. I received an email stating 1 bracelet was being shipped. So, I again called and left messages, received no call back. Sent another email and received an email stating they would send the missing bracelet. Long story short, I finally received my 3rd bracelet. These were to be Christmas gifts to my sisters seeing as we had lost our mother to Parkinson‚Äôs Disease. I‚Äôm happy with the bracelets, but getting them was a major hassle.
I suggest that if you need anything quickly, order way ahead of time.”
