“In my order that I placed during the Black Friday Sale, I ordered 4 bracelets. I ordered the Solid Burgandy, Hakuna Matata, Parkinson‚Äôs Disease Awareness, and Midnight Thunder. My order came in and I only received 3 of the bracelets that I ordered. I received all except the Midnight Thunder one, and I emailed Puravida and they still have yet to send it to me. My friend had the same problem and she emailed the day before me and has already received hers that she was missing but I still have yet to get mine. The bracelets are a great quality... I just wish my last bracelet would come in because I mean I paid for it so I feel like I should get it, you know? I‚Äôve never had something take so long to get shipped and then be wrong. The quality is a 10, but the delivery is about a 1 at this point.”
