“They only shipped 1 of the 4 items I ordered and shipped them late. When I contacted customer service they lied and lied about the status of the order. They make it difficult to get ahold of customer service, further delaying their replies through email. When they responded to my review of their service, it was with a response indicating they didn’t read the feedback.”
