“I was very excited to see a $1 bracelet so of course I bought it to support you guys and the Sloths, I paid in full, and it was free shipping in this day. But about a week later, I received a postage note for that package saying that I owed money which I did not because like I said I paid full. I had nothing left to pay and it was free shipping so I was very surprised by this. I’ve managed to get a hold of someone to send me another one for free, and I still haven’t gotten that one or the original one. I am very upset as a few days ago I received another postage note about another package from you guys. Very disappointed as I love your brand.
