“I’m sure the bracelet is great. However, I would not be able to tell you. I place my order almost an entire month ago and its status is still “shipping label created. Shipping soon”. I have reached out to customer service with no response yet. Another member of my family has placed multiple orders in the meantime and has received them in a reasonable amount of time. So hopefully I will one day get to enjoy this bracelet, but it doesn’t look like it will be any time soon.”
