I contacted CS more than once due to delayed delivery, and typical stock answers with ambiguous delivery details about my order were given to me. This surprised me since CS is generally more communicative and helpful. I didn't appreciate the tone and lack of commitment to finding/delivering the items. This was an extended delivery delay based on my other orders.”
“Really disappointed after 21 days still have not received our order. We have now been refunded, but that was not what I wanted. A present for my daughters birthday which she chose but never received. Customer services very unhelpful. Love the look of your jewellery, but will never try to buy again and advice anyone to do the same”
