“The bracelets are cute but I’m very hesitant to order from Pura Vida again because of my first experience I had purchasing from their website. I ordered 2 bracelets a week before Thanksgiving. I never received an email that anything had shipped so after 2 weeks I emailed customer support. They were unable to give me any information as to when/if my order had shipped but said I should receive it soon. I waited another week and still nothing. Emailing back and forth 16 times and now a week before Christmas my bracelets that were supposed to be a gift still had not arrived. I got an email that one of the bracelets that I had ordered and PAID for was out of stock. I was very frustrated that an item that I had ordered and paid for was now out of stock and now had to choose something different from a very low inventory due to Christmas rush. I had planned ahead and ordered bracelets over a month before Christmas and now it’s the week before Christmas and no bracelets. Very frustrating. I finally received my order on Christmas Eve, minus the bracelet that I had originally ordered because it was currently out of stock. I would like to order more bracelets but I can’t trust the company to fulfill my order that I pay for. Not to mention the 16 emails back and forth to just get a simple order fulfilled.”
