“I received my mystery package within 5 days of purchasing it. It fit in the time frame of what I was told. I was informed it would take 4-6 business days and it took 4 business days. For example: I ordered it on a Monday and received it on the next Tuesday. The package came through USPS and it was in a branded Pura Vida eco-friendly package. After I opened up the packaging I was surprised with my bracelets in a portfolio type thing which explained how Pura Vida became a company. It had my 3 set mystery pack and my singular mystery bracelet that I ordered. It also came with a free set of 2 stickers. The bracelet set that I received was the Save The Sloths Pack. The pack had 3 bracelets, one that was the iconic bracelet with multiple colored strings, one was white and braided with a silver chain wrapped around it, and the last bracelet was teal and braided and had a sloth charm in it. If you order the Save the Sloths Pack be aware that the silver chain won’t stay wrapped around the white braided part. If you want to keep it wrapped around you will have to wrap it back around each time you put it on, but it isn’t that big of a deal. The sloth charm on the last bracelet will sometimes stand up on its back while your wearing it, but all you need to do to fix it is to flip it back under the bracelet and that problem is solved. Be aware that the multi-colored bracelet will feel waxy when you first open it, but after you wear it once it won’t have that waxy feel anymore. The bracelets are overall a great quality so I would definitely recommend, but I would wait until the mystery pack is on sale, because if I had bought the mystery pack at full price I would have lost about $18. I love my bracelets that I received and i wear them everyday. I would 10/10 recommend for anyone and definitely for Christmas and/or birthday gifts.”
