“Tracking shows it’s been sitting awaiting shipping in Whittier since 11/27. I’ve sent several emails and have received very generic replies that it will take longer due to the holidays, yet other orders I submitted to Pura Vida, even AFTER this order, have already arrived. Come on, Pura Vida, do your due diligence and actually check. It’s the 19th of December now and I may need to go out and order replacement Xmas gifts! So frustrated.”
