“I am so frustrated with my monthly subscription. Once it runs out I doubt I'll renew. You give us 2 choices but half of the time I can't pick one and I have to contact you. Such a pain. Why offer the selections when we can't do anything online? And when I have to contact you numerous time to FINALLY get my Jan pack in February? Then I can't skip a month when I don't care for either pack, I have to contact you again? Fix the online profiles!!!”
