“My granddaughter asked me to get the PuraVida bracelets for her 10th birthday. I ordered them, allowing 2 weeks for delivery. They never arrived. Contacted customer service, they apologized & promised to send out replacements & include 2-day expedited shipping. 1 item was out of stock by then so, I had to find a replacement. I waited 5 days & tracked the order. Never shipped. Was sitting 'waiting for pick-up' still. I sent several inquiry emails & finally got a response today - 10 days after the replacement order should have been shipped - again apologizing & promising a refund. So disappointing for my granddaughter.”
