“I ordered these on 11/25 and after not receiving them two weeks later I contacted customer service by email numerous times. I even tried to call and there is no customer service to talk too. It’s now 12/18 and I still have no bracelet. Not one time did anyone offer to reship even after I requested that as these were for a gift. They finally issued a refund but I’m left without a gift. I have always loved this company but this recent experience had me questioning if I will ever order again!!! It was AWFUL !!!”
