“This was my first order, and it came missing one bracelet. After contacting Pura Vida, they did make it right and sent it out. The friendship pack is nice, but I'm still amazed at how expensive it all can be in the end. My daughter was given a pura vida bracelet from a friend and it broke, and hence this is why I ordered some for her. I hope they hold up longer than the first one she had. The string fell out of where you tighten the bracelet, so we could no longer get it to fit her wrist. When I finally got my surprise bracelet in the mail I was surprised it was a really nice one! Thank you! I will keep that one for myself.”
