We were satisfied with the product, but disappointed in the fact that we were unaware of the discount offers available. Once the order was placed we came to find 50% and 30% coupon codes and did not have time to cancel and re-order the merchandise to benefit from the discounts.”

We ordered friendship pack and other items on 11/24 and the items arrived on 12/23 with an invoice noting purchase or processing of order on 12/17. So disappointed to not have the product in time and to have to shop last minute for other gifts instead. Communication was also poor when I made efforts to confirm shipping. All too bad because the product is really cool and the teens love them. I kept one for myself also! But the risk of ordering with any deadline should be noted.”
