“When your order ships the email shows it's shipping via DHL, perhaps that's who starts it but it's not who finishes it. So if you track the number provided in the shipment email on the DHL site it gives you an error message. Pura Vida's site gives you the option to contact DHL or Pura Vida for shipment issues. I emailed DHL first, no response after 3 days so I contacted Pura Vida..again no response other than an automated "We received your email" email. Once my order arrived, via USPS, not DHL (no wonder the tracking didn't work) 6 days later the bracklets were not labled and I had no idea what bracelet was which. I went back to the website again & matched what I thought was the correct bracelet with it's name. Several of the bracelets were for particular charities & gifts for family members & friends so this was very important to me. After figuring out which bracelet was which I discovered I had one too many of one bracelet but was missing 2 others. Customer service responded to this email very quickly & replaced my 2 missing bracelets, so kudos for them on that! Again, these are lovely, well made items but the packaging, quality check and tracking needs some tweaking!”
