“I ordered 2 Friendship Packs on Black Friday. They were half off -- what a great deal! The only issue I had with my experience was the shipping status was not regularly updated, so I didn't know when to expect my bracelets. I ended up getting them about 10 business days later. I know that there was a big influx of orders on Black Friday, so there may have been some chaos as a result. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. Just a thought--it also would have been easier if the bracelets were somehow labeled in the package with their name. I want to give my friends certain bracelets and I had to use the website and photos to match the bracelet to the friend.”
