I have this product 4/5 star because sometimes it is difficult to pull both strings at the same time because of the wax on the bracelets. I also posted a picture online (instagram and the puravida site) for my "free bracelet" but it was actually just a coupon for $5.00 off, not a free bracelet. So if you'd want that bracelet you'd have to pay the shipping which is more than the cost of the entire bracelet itself, so that is kind of a bummer and false advertising.”
