“My honest Puravida review, I placed a large order for my daughter's wedding bridal party back in June. I placed the order in plenty of time to receive the order before the wedding. I was so disappointed the order took more than 2 weeks to arrive. I contacted customer service, they were understanding and more gave back more than they needed to. So of course I needed to give them a second chance. The bracelets are awesome and all of the girls age 8 to 30+ loved their gifts, including the bride. So I placed another order and was very pleasantly surprised to receive my order within 4 business days. Again, the bracelets are such a delight, and priced just right. I look forward to ordering again, unless I can talk one of our local boutiques into carrying the line, either way I see Puravida in the wrists of my 6 daughters, 8 granddaughters, as well as girlfriends in the furture. I had a hiccup with my June and July monthly club due to an new updated debit card. after I updated my debit card. I still did not receive my June and July Monthly club bracelets. I received all of my order except the wood tree stands. I am about to purchase another big order and hoping to have my other monthly bracelets and tree stand arrive soon. My only suggestion would be to add two small beads at the ends of the string. This will make it easier to tighten and have less strings awkwardly sticking out.”
