“Only giving it 2 stars because the bracelets are cute, HOWEVER, I never get a confirmation email (but get all the promotional emails) with order #, no one has called me back (left 2 messages)! I ordered a month ago...and nothing! I ordered 11/27 thinking that was plenty of time for Christmas, my credit card was charged, but still have no clue where my order is! Will never order from here again!”
“.....there were 2 items missing, but they did get them out to me right away. The initial order took quite a while time receive....about 3 weeks....which seems like a lot considering I live in the same county! It is the holidays, but perhaps seasonal support staffing is an idea to consider”
