“I would love to write a review but firstly you have to deliver. Placed a gift request order for the Dreaming Outloud Pack on 10DEC23, I've missed a birthday, Christmas, and New Year's and am still waiting for it. Customer service tells us that it is on the way but with no tracking options I am being told to wait until delivered. If not delivered by this Friday 05JAN, I will cancel the order. There is no excuse for this kind of service in this day and age.”
