“Bought a 3-pack bracelet, one arrived damaged (missing part of the turquoise inlay). Took a week to hear back and was offered partial credit towards another purchase. No offer to replace entire set since the highlight piece being damaged. Still waiting to hear back to see if they could do better. My 11 year old spent $25 for this junk set. Horrible service, expected better.”
