“So I love the bracelet pack, however, the minute I went to place the pearl one on my wrist, I pulled a little too hard and it broke right away!!! I haven't even been able to enjoy it. Is there any way to get a replacement? I would even pay for shipping!”
“The pearl strand in the 3-pack came apart on the first attempt to wear the trio. The strand of pearls is intact, but the clear strand came away from the round gold piece attached to the end of the braid.”
