“Way over priced for what it is and steve customer service is terrible, I have reached out several times and have yet to get a reply besides and automated email. Spend your money else where”
“So, I love my bracelets, and I wear them all the time! I just about never leave the house without wearing at least one! The only downside, is how hard it was to get it ordered. I would try hard to add and remove bracelets from my order and the mobile site would glitch out and try to keep bracelets I removed from my cart. It also took FOREVER for them to be delivered. The estimated arrival was 4/5 days off. It was frustrating. I was afraid there was a problem or something. I tracked it, and nothing had changed for that whole 4/5 days. Finally after that, I tracked the order again and it had changed. They finally got to me 6/7 days passed their estimated arrival. I'm sure there is room for improvement, just like everything else, but I really enjoy my bracelets and plan to order again.”
