“I am very disappointed with Pura Vida. I order\ed 7 items on Novembr 24 and still have not received any of them. I have emailed the company twice. They sent me an email that they recieved my complaint and promised to get back to me within 24-48 hours. That was five days ago. I still have heard nothing!!! I have gifts for 3 granddaughters in that order, and I don't know what else to do. I won't be ordering from them again!!!”
