“I bought a style pack and necklace with a gift box for a friends birthday (worth $67). The order came in and was totally the wrong thing (ended up being two random bracelets and a ring- worth $20) NOTHING I ordered. I reached out to the company and it took 5 days to even get a response for them to BEGIN the process of getting me the items I paid for. Because of this 1. I didn‚Äôt have the items in time for my friends birthday and she didn‚Äôt have a gift and 2. the necklace I ordered sold out so I ended up not being able to get what I wanted anyways. The replacement order still hasn‚Äôt come in. I have spent tons with Pura Vida in the past but because of this I don‚Äôt plan on shopping anymore. So disappointed.”
“These are the prettiest colors and styles and are so cute on! I never take these off and swim 11 hours a week in a chlorine pool and the ones with metal don‚Äôt rust or start to break down. I have had these for just under a month and they look good as new! It is a little bit irritating having the little metal beads in one of the bracelets always side down to your wrist and not be able to see the beautiful beads as clearly, but overall this is a great set and I absolutely recommend.”
