“When I first received my Aspyn Ovard bracelets they were all tangled up, if I tried to un tangle them they would have probably ripped or something.Called customer service they were very helpful and sent me another set,they were perfectly fine.Until one of those bracelets ripped idk how but it did.So overall I still loved the bracelets!!”
