“On April 23rd my daughter and I placed 2 orders. 1 of them arrived today and it was awful. I cannot believe how awful it was! Her big mystery box only came with 2 stickers and nothing wearable?! Seriously we paid how much for stickers?? The engraved ring looks nothing like the image I approved, the font is so small it‚Äôs barely legible. I‚Äôm already dreading the next package to show up tomorrow because it full of Mother‚Äôs Day engraved gifts :( between the two orders we spent about $164 and I feel like we have been severely ripped off. How is PuraVida going to fix this?”
