“This item never arrived to our mailbox. You can not call anyone at Pure Vida - this should have been red flag number one. You can email, and if items don’t arrive, they will tell you “go ask your neighbors if they have it”. We ordered three items from them, received none, received no help and no solution to solving this issue - no replacement, no refund. Would issue a very big caution to anyone thinking about placing an order.”
