“I ordered this as a gift along with a gift box. Received shipping confirmation about 7 days after order, 4 hours later received an email stating order was canceled and refunded with no explanation. Sent email requesting more info. Response stated bracelets were out of stock and confirmation was sent in error. Next day I received another email stating order was shipped. About 3 days later, received package. The empty gift box was sent! I will never order from this company again!!!”
