“I ordered two bracelets and a necklace for my granddaughter on 11/15/21. I never received my order and after many emails puravida cancelled my order and refunded my money. I would have rather have them reorder it for my and send it overnight. I thought by ordering in early November, I would have received my order quickly. My order was stuck in Whittier, CA for the entire time that I tracked it. I am very disappointed especially since this was my first time ordering and I was excited to give my granddaughter what she wished for. I hope this was just a big mistake and doesn't happen often.
