“Received my order quickly. However, was sent a replacement for one of the higher priced braided bracelets that I ordered, was sent a cheaper thin bracelet. I called to ask for the correct one to be sent, to be told it was out of stock and they most likely sent the other to replace it. If I didn‚Äôt like it I could request another. I called back once I picked what my daughter would like, only to reach a message or voicemail center. Left a message and no call back. Emailed and no response. Just wanting to get the nicer braided bracelet that my daughter picked for Christmas, but can‚Äôt get a call back. Love the items we did order and receive. But the item she wanted most, is missing and doubt it will be fixed by Christmas.”
