However, I was disappointed by the business decision made by Pura Vida Bracelets on Black Friday which started on Thanksgiving night. I had been eyeing a bracelet pack for a very long time but could not afford it in my initial order. So I was planning on purchasing the pack when it was 50% off starting at 9pm PST on Thanksgiving night. I had the website open, timer on for 9pm. However, while I was eating Thanksgiving dinner with my family Pura Vida Bracelets decided to open the sale early and because of this the bracelet pack sold out, and I missed out on purchasing the pack I had been wanting for along time. Considering Thanksgiving is meant for spending time with loved ones you are thankful for, I was extremely disappointed in the business decision made by Pura Vida Bracelets. And I believe many customers were probably disappointed by this as well.”
