“I'd love to be wearing this bracelet and write a 5 star review...but I never received my order. I have owned a Pura Vida bracelet in the past...and LOVED IT. My first time placing an order...I never received it. The tracking simply says that it shipped...but I've yet to receive it. I placed the order on 11/28 and today is 12/20. I have sent a message as well as an email. The only response I've gotten was "we're working hard to respond to your email. Current response time is 3-4 business days". It's now going on 6 days and no follow up?? This is incredibly disappointing to me. My 1 star is for the poor communication and lack of follow through. If I get a response or my items sent to me...I will be happy to follow up with an updated review. As of now...I truly would give no stars for customer service.”
