“the only reason why i would put 4 stars is because it takes a while to get to your house (a month at least) but their customer service is the best customer service i have ever been encountered with. they are so kind and dont get annoyed at you with whatever you are dealing with! the customer service is 12/10. the bracelets are really pretty and really high quality as well! simply love pura vida. 10/10 would recommend.”
