“My daughter purchased several bracelets for gifts at the Black Friday sale. It took about 4-5 weeks to receive complete order. One bracelet was supposedly sent separately from shipment. The single one did not arrive before Christmas. I tried calling customer service 3x, leaving msgs with no returned phone calls. Sent a couple emails and took a couple weeks of delayed back and forth before getting the last bracelet shipped out. We were very disappointed with customer service. We realize that they may have been inundated with BF sale, but should have been able to handle the customer service a bit better. Anyhow, my daughter and her friends love their new bracelets. Very cute!”
