“I have not received my purchase that I ordered almost 2 weeks ago. I have contacted customer service and have not received a response. I did however receive a notice from the post office stating I need to pay $3.29 for shipping to get my package. I already paid $4.99 for shipping when I purchased the two bracelets. Terrible experience from this company.”
