“I had bought two bracelets on Cyber Monday. For one of them, I had chosen Hakuna Matata. When I purchased it, it didn't say anything about being sold out. When my package arrived about a week and a half later, there was no Hakuna Matata. I called Puravida, and then did they say that it was sold out. The bracelet that they put in instead is very nice though. I am happy, because they gave me a refund for that bracelet and also a coupon. I wish that on the website they had said it was sold out so that I could get the other bracelet that I wanted.”
