“Not happy. Placed an order 5 weeks ago. Still have not received my order. You said it was shipped and provided me with a tracking number, however it was never taken to be shipped. I've called, had a live chat with Kesana and emailed with no response. Tried calling, can't talk with anyone. Kesana told me last week I would for sure receive it between 12/18 and 12/20. Did not receive it. Ive been charged for the item. Can't review my item because I haven't received it.”
