Every single item I received was perfect! I realized the free bracelets that come with the purchase of the clothing and clutches didn't make it. I knew they were slammed from black Friday and was so pleased with the quality I want going to bother.
Then I recieved an email thanking me for my purchase and encouraged me to report any discrepancies, I emailed mine and was quickly answered with a link to the original bracelets to pick any 6 and they would send them. As promised my bracelets were here in a flash! I have also been in The Month Club and obsessed! What a steal! Super rad gear that comes from a country that holds dear to my heart.
