“My 3 Star review has more do do with service than product...I received 1 of 4
Bracelets ordered in July, very quickly! Unfortunately I have yet to receive any of the other three! I also needed to swap out one of three remaining because it was out of stock. Yesterday, email notice of the original 2 others have shipped but no word on the swapped item. I realize you are a very young company and became overwhelmed,but your advertising is constant and you must have realized at some point your DEMAND would surpass your SUPPLY long before you sent the notice out of such, just recently!!! And you are STILL offering more bracelets!!! I LOVE my one bracelet and hope at least the remaining 2 original arrive before I leave for vacation!! I will not consider ordering again until my COMPLETE original order has been received. This is unfortunate as your mission is quite admirable.
I will add that I did receive email responses to my inquiries but the response did not reflect what I was told. Best of luck working out the "kinks"...”
