Pura vida has it displayed on their website that they will replace defective product within a year. I fit that time frame (and still do), but pura vida won‚Äôt reply to my email. Beware, their costumer service STINKS and you have a chance of spending money on defective jewelry.”
“I recently purchased some bracelets. I kept one and gifted the others to my 19 yr old daughter. These are her very first Pure Vida‚Äôs!!!
She was so excited and LOVES them! She works with toddlers and was worried about them getting ruined between the kids yanking on them and all her hand washing. She’s super happy that the colors haven’t faded!
She doesn‚Äôt take them off. I now have 2 and my first one ( 2 yrs old) looks brand new next to my new one! I don‚Äôt take mine off and I paint, garden, cook etc. I LOVE these bracelets and will buy many more! I also love that some of the money from my purchase will be donated to great organizations!
